On September 9, at the invitation of International Department of the CPC Central Committee, CAI Xizhong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the College, participated in the opening ceremony of the Dialogue between the Communist Party of China and Southeast Asian and South Asian Countries Political Parties and the "Generation Z" Leadership Forum on gathering youth power and seeking new prospects for development. The theme of the dialogue is "Strengthening Cooperation between Political Parties for Common Economic Development". Song Tao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, and other officials attended the dialogue, which was held in Nanning, Guangxi. The dialogue aims to build regional solidarity and cooperation to fight the epidemic through in-depth exchanges between political parties, and contribute political party wisdom to promoting economic recovery and development as well as regional peace and stability. Leaders of more than 40 major political parties and diplomatic envoys from Southeast and South Asian countries attended the meeting.

    Before the conference, entrusted by International Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Department of Environmental Protection of the College has completed the sewage treatment skills training and demonstration course, analyzing water supply and drainage technology in three different scenarios from rural areas, small and medium-sized towns and sewage treatment plants. The International Department of the CPC Central Committee will build a "Generation Z" vocational education cooperation platform to provide vocational education and training for young leaders from all countries and regions. The forum showed the introduction of training courses of our college and several other schools. In the future, the School will continue to respond to the national Belt and Road Initiative, train more technical talents for countries in the region, and inject new impetus into the development of the region.
