The course "Cross-Border E-Commerce Data Analysis and Operations" focuses on the entire process of cross-border e-commerce data analysis. It integrates five main components: basic data collection, store data analysis, on-site marketing promotion, overseas operations promotion, and store product planning. This course is based on the job responsibilities of cross-border e-commerce data analysts and uses a project-driven, task-decomposition approach, enabling students to acquire the full-process operational skills of data collection, analysis, and management in cross-border e-commerce through this course.
Course introduction Course chapter
The course unfolds the teaching process in the order of project occurrence, covering basic data collection, store data analysis, on-site marketing promotion, overseas operation promotion, and store product planning. It combines different platforms—such as AliExpress and Amazon—to carry out cross-border e-commerce operations. This allows students to comprehensively apply cross-border e-commerce data analysis knowledge and gain the ability to analyze and operate cross-border e-commerce through simulated software platform practice.

What will you gain?
The course aims to integrate 'teaching, learning, and doing.' Starting from the overall goal of cultivating high-level cross-border e-commerce talents, it meets the development needs of the cross-border e-commerce industry and the practical work requirements of students. The course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed for data analysis and operation on cross-border e-commerce platforms relevant to their jobs. Specifically, it trains students to analyze market data, product data, and operational data on platforms like AliExpress and Amazon, plan store products, use on-site marketing tools for store promotion, and perform overseas operation promotion via social media. Students will develop data-oriented thinking and logical analysis skills, and they will be able to acquire 1x cross-border e-commerce B2C/B2B data operation certificates (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). Graduates will be qualified for roles as cross-border e-commerce data analysts or cross-border e-commerce operations positions requiring data analysis and operation capabilities, laying a solid foundation for their careers in cross-border e-commerce or for cross-border e-commerce entrepreneurship and innovation.
